"To many, bone is just 'bone' - a strong, white, perhaps faintly repulsive substance. But bone is rich in lore, archetypally representing that which is immortal in us, that which is transcendental to death. Bone has a spiritual component: it represents our foundation, our freedom to move and manifest our dreams into reality.
Our cranial bones reflect our attityde; they sometimes get stiff because we are stiff and stubborn. Conversely, the more attitudinally relaxed and opened we are, the more mobile our cranial sutures will be.
This is a positive feedback loop: being free and open in the head helps us have free and opened attitudes, which helps the head be more free and open."
