Att vara still, den största effektiviteten

"The ability to sit still is itself the foundation for all effective action. ...
If we cannot sit still - deeply still - then we have no place of inner calm into which we can absorb the cranial wave and sense it ripple. Lacking deep stillnes, we are limited to perceiving and dealing with more gross body movements; the subtle escapes us.
...
The ability to become centered both in life and before work heghtens our effectiveness. Acting from center, from a place of deep stillnes, allows us to access our inner eye and inner ear. This allows us to work with complex cranial cases, such as people with brains tumors, and may enable us to give some relief and not make matters worse. 'Whoever acts from these levels makes no mistakes' is a quotation from the I Ching.

It is very difficult to bring quiet to the Heart.

True quiet means keeping still when the time has come to keep still, and going forward when it is time to go forward.

If the movement of the spinal nerves is brought to a standstill, the ego, with its restlessness, disappears. When a man has thus become calm, he may turn to the outside world.

Whoever acts from these levels makes no mistakes.
